IE Hosts Maiden Live Chat Session On Twitter

Ikeja Electric on Thursday, 3oth March hosted the first edition of its Live Chat on Twitter series.  The Live Chat series is intended to provide a platform for customers to get answers to various issues concerning them and their communities real time.

Our chat was with IE’s Chief Technical Coordinator, Engr. Sunday Oyewole. The first live chat session saw the CTC fielding several questions from customers on issues ranging from transformers, meters, fault clearing, etc. The session was very interactive with customers receiving information on IE’s activities within specific areas of her network.

Catch up with the session on Twitter when you search for the #LiveChatWithTwitter and @IkejaElectric handle and stay tuned for our next session.
