IE is poised to further meet the needs of her customers by expanding her Connect Centers. The move, which is part of IE’s commitment to deepen her relationship with customers and provide more access to services, is hinged on the massive roll out of IE Serve (Connect) across select locations; in partnership with corporate partners.

The IE Serve (Connect) Touchpoints are positioned as exclusive franchise collection and service centers of Ikeja Electric where world class customer service can be accessed by IE’s customers. In its pilot phase, the roll out of the IE Serve (Connect) touchpoints will be in the following locations:

Fola Agoro
Bariga
Ogudu
Alapere
Ikosi
Agiliti
Olateju
Arepo
Olowora

IE has called for expression of interest from Corporate Partners to manage the IE Serve (Connect) centers in partnership with Ikeja Electric under a franchise agreement. The corporate partners will enjoy brand, promotional, operational and business support from Ikeja Electric and deliver cutting edge customer service to Ikeja Electric customers.
