Ikeja Business Unit Launches Customer Fairikj
In demonstration of its commitment to improved service delivery, the Management of Ikeja Business Unit will be hosting a One Day Customer Fair for her customers within Ojodu Undertaking network on Saturday 24th February 2018.
The programme which is aimed at strengthening the relationship between the Business Unit and its esteemed Customers will also provide opportunity for customer feedback and a platform for resolving their complaints.
The Business Manager, Olajide Kumapayi, underscored the importance of constant engagement with Customers noting that they are literally the most important aspect of any business.
The event will hold at Gabovies Event Centre, 20 Aina Street Ojodu from 10.00am to 4.00pm and is for customers within the Ojodu network comprising Ojodu Central, Akiode area, parts of Adeyemo Akapo Street, Omole Estate Phase 1, Ojodu Abiodun area and part of Arepo.
The exercise which is the pilot scheme will also be carried out in other Undertakings of the Business Unit.
