In a bid to further improve supply in the Ikorodu axis of her network, Ikeja Electric has injected additional distribution transformers into its system as follows:
- Unity Estate 500kva Distibution Transformer, Ijede Undertaking. Ikorodu
- Alaseyori 500kva Distribution Transformer, Ijede Undetaking. Ikorodu
- Just Rite Distribution Transformer, Owutu Undertaking. Ikorodu
- Green Grace Distribution Transformer, Ijede Undertaking, Ikorodu
- Pavillion Plaza Diatribution Transformer, Ijede Undertaking. Ikorodu
Lamenting the increase in cases of vandalism across the network, the Head Corporate Communications, Felix Ofulue called on communities to work closely with security groups to better protect electrical assets noting that repeated damage of transformers and other electrical assets affect IE’s ability to provide better power supply. He assured customers in the Ikorodu Business Area of the Company’s determination to improve supply to the area even as he implored them to remain consistent in paying for energy consumed.
