- Call our Customer Care hotlines or visit the customer care representative in any of our offices
- Provide your name, proposed business address, phone number and preferred payment channel.
- If you do not have a preferred payment channel in mind, a member of our payment channels unit will call you to discuss our payment channel options
- We’ll send your details to the channel integrator, who will in turn call you to discuss commercial terms
- If you meet requirement(s), you will be invited to the Channel Integrator office to pick up the payment channel
- We will also visit you to provide appropriate branding for your location plus tips and training to excel as an Ikeja Electric payment agent
