Non-Energy Bill Payment Now Available On QuickTeller

Ikeja Electric Plc has introduced a new payment solution for Non-Energy related payments on PayDirect and Interswitch, Quickteller payment platforms. The solution which was recently introduced, now allows customers who need to pay for non-energy related fees such as penalties, re-connection and loss of revenue fees from the convenience of their mobile devices.

Hitherto, customers who needed to make such payments were required to visit accredited banks and IE offices, a situation which customers were not too pleased with. Some customers had also suffered loss where some so called “agents” had offered to assist in making the payments on their behalf. The new solution, which customers can access by simply clicking on  https://www.quickteller.com/ikejanonenergy, further protects customers from payment fraud.
