Ikeja unveils secure, convenient Online Bill Payment platform

The Management of Ikeja Electricity Distribution Company wishes to inform the general public that two touts have been arrested in Magodo area of Ketu yesterday, where they were carrying out illegal disconnections and reconnections of electricity in the premises of some electricity customers and extorting money from the unsuspecting innocent customers. Ikeja Electricity Distribution Company PARTNERS LASG ON ENERGY CONSERVATION

The Ikeja Electricity Distribution Company, has concluded arrangements to partner with the Lagos State Government on energy conservation to reduce unnecessary wastage of electricity by consumers.

Ikeja Electricity Distribution Company ALERTS CUSTOMERS ON EXTORTION

The attention of Management of Ikeja Electricity Distribution Company (IKEDC) has been drawn to the activities of some former Ikeja Electricity Distribution Company staff that have allegedly been extorting money from members of the public under the guise of receiving contributions towards the repairs of Ikeja Electricity Distribution Company equipment and purchase of pre-paid meters. The Management of Ikeja Electricity Distribution Company has secured the support of security agencies in its quest to stem the rising tide of vandalism to its equipment and installations across the state.
During a courtesy visits to the Director of Security Services and the Commissioner of Police, Lagos State Command by the Management of Ikeja Electricity Distribution Company, the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of the Company, Engr. Abiodun Ajifowobaje lamented that the spate of vandalism is becoming worrisome, stating that the Company recently replaced equipment in 42 vandalised Distribution Substations at a cost of over N11 million in January.  (more…)
