It is in keeping with this wisdom that Ikeja Electric, as part of her Personal Corporate Social Responsibility (PCSR), donated different set of books to various Primary schools under its network coverage areas including Abule-Egba, Akowonjo, Ikorodu, Shomolu, Ikeja and Oshodi. Commemorating World Book Day, a recognized yearly United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) event which holds every March 23rd, Ikeja Electric joined various governments, private organizations and individuals to donate books and encourage reading among children.
