Following the declaration of Public Holidays by the Federal Government, Ikeja Electric has assured her customers of excellent services during the break. Reacting to the public holiday declaration, the Head Corporate Communications, Felix Ofulue said that though offices will be shut on Monday 26th, Tuesday 27th , December 2016 and also on Monday January 2nd 2017, all employees on essential duties will remain available to attend to the needs of customers.
Ofulue urged customers to explore alternative technology driven payment channels such as the POS, Baxibox and various web based applications in settling outstanding bills. “ Management wishes all our customers a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year”, he said.
Ofulue also called on consumers to exercise better vigilance with regard to electrical Health and Safety issues, noting that electricity could be both friend or foe, depending on how it was managed.
Normal business resumes in all IE locations on Wednesday 28th December 2016 and Tuesday 3rd January 2017
