PowerPlay, its Application and all trademark, copyright, design rights and other intellectual property rights associated and incidental to it, is the property of Ikeja Electric PLC.
PowerPlay Board Game Application is created for recreational and educational purposes and Ikeja Electric PLC is committed to ensuring that the Application serves its purpose. Ikeja Electric PLC reserves the right to make changes to the Application to improve and update it at any time. Users of the Application may be required to always accept Application updates whenever same is required. Ikeja Electric PLC reserves the right to discontinue usage of the Application and may terminate any usage thereof at any time without giving prior notice of termination; and the rights and licenses granted to any user hereof under these terms shall cease forthwith. Ikeja Electric reserves the right to charge for the use of the Application; however, applicable charges shall be made explicitly clear to Application users.
Please note that certain functions of the PowerPlay Application will require internet connection to be provided by your mobile or Wireless network provider on their terms and conditions and Ikeja Electric PLC shall not be responsible for the Application not working at full capacity where there is no internet connection. Ikeja Electric PLC accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, experienced by you as a result of relying wholly on the functionalities of the Application.
While using the PowerPlay Application, Ikeja Electric PLC may require certain personally identifiable information such as users name, e-mail address, location and pictures. These information is retained on your device and is not collected by Ikeja Electric PLC in any way.
Ikeja Electric PLC may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and shall give notice of any change by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
