Ikeja Electric Apologizes For Continued Outage

Ikeja Electric wishes to sincerely apologise for the prolonged outage you have been experiencing, following the rehabilitation of the Maryland Injection Substation, which supplies power to the area. The rehabilitation exercise, which was done in order to improve power supply, took place between November 3rd and 8th, and supply was gradually restored to some of the affected areas within 48 hours.

However, out of the 9 Feeders attached to the station, only 6 have been restored so far while Sylvia, Ikosi and Demurin are still pending due to unforeseen technical difficulties.

We wish to assure our customers living in the listed areas that our technical teams are working assiduously to restore supply within the next twenty four hours. We thank you for your understanding during this period and remain committed to delivering quality service to you.
