Ikeja Electric Extends “Big Spin” Loyalty Program

…Rewards Customers on 5th Anniversary

Lagos Nigeria; 6th November 2018: As part of activities to mark our 5th anniversary, Nigeria’s leading electricity distribution company, Ikeja Electric Plc has unveiled the “5 Surprise Big Spin Giveback”.

The loyalty program designed to reward and appreciate customers with track record of consistent payments reflects IE’s customer focused strategy as it progressively evolves into a world class energy company.

The reward program will see the Disco give away over =N=1m in energy to customers across its network.

Speaking on the loyalty initiative, the company’s Head of Corporate Communications, Felix Ofulue said, “Our focus has always been on how we can improve the overall experience of the customer. We recognize that our business requires huge social capital and goodwill to thrive and as such we are constantly seeking out ways to express our appreciation to customers without whom we cannot survive. This loyalty program is just one of our humble attempts at saying thank you for keeping faith with us as we improve on our services”

To participate, customers who spend not less than =N=2,000 on their monthly energy consumption, are eligible and could win various amount of energy recharge and other mouthwatering gifts. Five of these customers and their partners, will win a one day all-expense paid holiday experience

Now extended till Friday November 16th, the Big Spin will take place ONLY at designated Business Units and IE’s Corporate Headquarters between 12noon and 5pm daily.
