With a structured layout and improved readability, customers can now better understand how their bills are calculated and track their transaction history with ease.
The updated bill also features multiple convenient payment options, including dedicated bank transfer details and access to our secure online payment platform. Customers will find clearer guidance on complaint handling, whistleblowing channels, prepaid meter registration (MAP), and value-added services such as IE Care for maintenance and fault resolution support. In line with regulatory requirements, provisions have also been included for statutory information updates such as TIN and CAC registration details.
